Quality Control System

Rivetmach Machinery Industries Co., Ltd. has been verified by ISO9001:2000 Quality System Certification and CE, simultaneously company’s Quality Assurance System is established according to the standards of CE and ISO9001:2000 QSC.

All processes and operations including production designing, material selection, whole machine assembly, operation testing, stores inventory, sales and after-sales service are in accordance with the standards of Quality Assurance System management. The whole production process is closely monitored. In order to ensure the reliability of the equipment, the assurance measures include 24 hours oil assembly testing, 2 hours running inspection before shipment.

24 months from the date of dispatch. Free to replace malfunction parts within the warranty period.

How many days for manufacturing time you need?

7 days if the standard machine, 20 days if customized solutions.

Do you provide on-site service if malfunction occur?

Of course! We provide on-site services if major malfunction occurs, we provide video guides for normal maintenance.
