1.  What is washer automatic feeder?

3. How to adjust automatic washer feeder?

1. 切断压缩空气[1]和电源[2]

2.下模选择

• 使用最长的销模 [1] 铆钉长度从 56~70mm
• 使用中型销模 [2] 铆钉长度从 40~56mm
• 使用最短的销模 [3] 铆钉长度从 10~40mm

3. 将模具安装到机器上，调整模具位置以适合铆钉长度，如下图所示。

4.松开左右两侧的固定螺丝

5. 将压板[1]升至最高位置，然后拉出送料杆[2]至最长状态

6. 检查垫圈立板是否略高于模具销轴，如果略高则正常。否则，请调整送料系统至正确位置。
