• The Rivets auto feeder system includes Mechanical motion unit, Control unit, and Detection unit. The function of the Mechanical motion unit is to arrange the rivets from the disorderly state to the sequential separation and to convey the rivets to the rivet gun nozzles in a certain direction. The Control unit controls the various parts of the machine according to the parameter setting. The Detection unit is to detect whether the machine is running stably according to the setting program.
• Pemasangan pistol Rivet terdiri daripada pistol Rivet, mekanisme memasukkan Rivet, Pemproses input dan output isyarat. Pistol Rivet ialah pistol rivet biasa yang sama seperti yang dijual di setiap pasaran, jadi ia adalah kos yang sangat rendah dan mudah diganti jika rosak.
